My mission is to offer a holistic approach to fitness that prioritizes both physical performance and overall wellness. I specializein comprehensive strength and conditioning programs, with a focus on corrective exercise techniques and assisted stretching. I help guide my clients achieve their goals while minimizing the risk of injury.
With 8 years in the industry I am certified through NASM. I have obtained my Pre and Post Natal certification, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 2, and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification.
